Investigating aerobic respiration (SG)

Respiration is a cellular process. Pupils should understand the cell’s need for energy and should have a basic knowledge and understanding of how energy is released from food in the presence of oxygen.

  • Information on the uses of energy by living cells   ( 2 Articles )
  • Investigation on the energy content of food   ( 2 Articles )
  • Investigation on uptake of oxygen by e.g seeds....   ( 2 Articles )
  • Release of carbon dioxide by respiring tissue   ( 2 Articles )
  • Release of heat energy by respiring tissue   ( 2 Articles )
